The staff on the front desk went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel like valued guests.The food and beverages in the restaurant were reasonably priced.

Th eroom was listed on booking dot.com as having a hot tub @ $159/night. When I arrived they said noe of the rooms have a hot tub and they put us ina room with a jacuzzi and charged us $199 for the night,

Super clean rooms and the staff really goes the extra mile. Love that you can control the room temperature, have a flat-screen TV, and even a microwave. the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. the restaurant has a variety of delicious food. 🌟

Large and updatedroom with a recently renovated bathroom and a new carpet, for instance as advertised. Wonderful breakfast with variety of hot/cold dishes. Location short walk to the parkway, a truck stop, and the restaurant. Quick check-in, late check-out: )

The location was very convenient to Yale / New Haven, but not as expensive as the hotels in downtown New Haven. The whole facility was very nice and quiet. The fitness room was also very nice (two treadmills, two ellipticals, some free weights + more) and in the morning they had towels and fresh fruit waiting in there, a nice touch. We got a King Deluxe room and there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, which is a big bonus to me. I like to travel with my own food and these appliances make it possible. Also called the front desk to get an extra blanket and it arrived very quickly. There weren't any snack machines, for my hubbie's nighttime snack craving, but there was a "pantry" off the front desk with a lot of food choices (compared to a vending machine), including frozen meals that could be heated in your microwave. The King Deluxe room that we stayed in just had a shower (no tub), which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for any travelers with kids, just wanted to point that out!

Disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast offered. Coffee was free, but no breakfast (thank goodness I grabbed some free fruit from the fitness room!). The offered breakfast was $11 per person! Whoa. It looked fine from what I could tell, but it seems that a simple offering of free items would have been nice. Very disappointing.

Our room was fantastic - it was super clean, had a brand-new bathroom, complete with a relaxing whirlpool tub 🛁. Plus, the location was spot on, close to yummy eateries, Hartford, and the center. It was so easy to get around.

I had a nice size room with new carpet and air freshener. the breakfast was enjoyable with French Toast. - the staff were caring. - the location of the hotel was central, really close to many restaurants and stores in Milford or the surrounding area, as well as New Haven, Milford, and beach areas.
